We are hiring a researcher for a research project on Kurdish Female Asylum Seekers in Berlin who conducts 8 interviews with the target group between July 15th and August 31st, 2024.
The researcher will prepare and document a collaborative research evaluation with the interviewees and project stakeholders in September. The research will be conducted in connection to the Tora Çand û Hûnera Kurdî hub from the VAHA network. The hub is formed by the Mesopotamia Foundation, the Middle East Cinema Academy Association, and Amed City Theatre from Diyarbakır.
Requirements
- The working location is Berlin. *
- Ability to conduct interviews in Kurmanji (Kurmanci).*
- Experience with the methods of field research and interviewing.
Remuneration for the conduction and transcription of the interviews, their collective analysis and their documentation will be 3000,00 €.
